thanks, I found that doc as well as:

unfortunately, although the one above was a very likely cause ( I had the
software package in D:\Install\Server 7.1.1.0 ), this didn't resolve the issue.
I'm installing onto "D:\Program Files", but there is no "D:\Program", or
similar.
