I have the same issue and found no way around it besides creating an admin 
schedule that refreshes them occasionally :)

Since these authorities were assigned, we have added new nodes to the 
CIFSSHARES domain.

When I do a "q admin f=d", these new nodes don't appear?

Do I need to go back and re-grant authority to the same domain to pickup the 
changes or is there some other way to refresh?
