Does anyone know what problems the 7.1.1.3 Windows client patch release
fixes?  It drives me crazy that IBM posts/releases these patches but
doesn't update the webpage with the fixlist, often for a week after the
patch is available.  I have quite a few problems I am addressing but don't
know if the 7.1.1.3 patch addresses them?
