Yes there is, but you need to upgrade EKM to to 2.1 if not already.  The SKLM 
install asks you to provide the location of the EKM db if migrating.

I would copy the EKM dir to a VM and test the upgrade separately.  I was even 
able to move from a Windows to a Linux server.
