Do I have to uninstall tsm 7.1.0 before I can install 7.1.1?

Anyone upgraded to TSM 7.1.1 on AIX?  I'm getting the following out of the 
installer:

While I continue to wait to hear from Tivoli Level II, any ideas on how to get
