Koen,
The Daily Report email is sent from the Operations Center web server using the
information provided from the TSM hub server. Check the OC logs to see why the
report was sent or not.
On the OC, Help (?) -> About Operations Center -> Installation Details
-> View Log -> Display Log
Or search the logs at "C:\Program
Files\Tivoli\TSM\ui\Liberty\usr\servers\guiServer\logs\tsm_opscntr.log"
for "ReportsJob"

Then within 24 hours you changed recipient to: koen.willems AT xxxx DOT nl
scheduled for 5:45 pm. Normally, the OC will only send a report once a day.
It sends when current time is after scheduled time, and current day is after
last run day.
If you need the report to send sooner you can manually: DEL SCRATCHPAD
EMAILREPORTS LASTRUN DATE
This removes the record used to determine if the daily report was already sent,
and the OC should automatically send the report within 15 minutes.
If it doesn't, I'd recommend checking the OC logs again and contacting support.
