Hi Bill,
The AC only supports IE7 and IE8.
Some parts of it work with IE9, and some don't.

Try this:
Press PF12
That brings up the IE9 debug window
Change both Browser and Document mode to IE8 emulation; if that doesn't' work 
try IE7 emulation.
(On some machines I get *faster* response with IE8 emulation mode than I did 
with a real IE8 browser!)

Seems to work fine, but when I try the command line I get the windows, type in 
a command and . nothing. Don't see the command being issues to the TSM server 
and it never comes back. You can't even click the Stop button.
