Am I the only one having trouble with

When using IE, I follow the link for FTP to download a given file.  IE starts 
what appears to be an never-ending open blank page, open blank page, open blank 
page sequence.

If I use Chrome, no trouble.

Guess Chrome is my solution... eh?
