I added a tsm.conf file in /etc/ld.so.conf.d directory, then run ldconfig.

Tsm.conf:

/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin
/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64
/usr/local/ibm/gsk8_64/lib64
