Mik,
you can use TSM DB (v6 or higher) to have multiple TSM instanced using DB.
If you need TSM clustering, then it is another story, there is red book
on that, it is little old but the from concept point of view is ok!
From license point of view you can not use TSM DB2 for something
different then TSM ...
