Hi Del!
According to the manual I have to run setupfcm.exe. This indeed installs
a link in the start menu to the TDP for SQL client. As soon as I click
it, it start the console with IBM Tivoli Data Protection listed, with
IBM Tivoli FlashCopy Manager underneath, along with the license file not
found error.
The manual than states that the TSM configuration wizard should start.
It does not. The manual states that you can start the wizard manually by
clicking Manage > Configuration > Wizard, but there is no Manage option
to click!

You might want to get the latest version, 6.4.1.

This has the latest support and fixes.
As Wanda stated, after you install, you need to run the setup wizard.
