Are you using the TSM Device Driver?
Try re-installing the drivers, I have had that problem where I had to
re-install after a reboot
Check to see also that the medium changer is still correct

Subject: [ADSM-L] ANS8779E with strange error codes.
Windows 2008 R2
TSM Server V6.3.3
IBM TS3200 library with fibre attached LTO4 drives.
Checked and the TSMDLST gives me the device names and the drives and paths
match perfectly. When trying to open a tape for the drives we're getting
ANR8779E Unable to open drive mt1.0.0.6, error number= 67940.
ANR8945W Scratch volume mount failed 000394L4.
ANR8779E Unable to open drive mt1.0.0.6, error number= 69228.
Never seen error numbers that high. Verified that the IBM device driver is
loaded for all the devices. Any ideas??
