I used 6.3.3.0 installation files from partner world for AIX and Linux without any problems.

@Vikas:
At installation time, there is a question about nthe components to install. Did you select the TSM
license for installation like shown in the example below?

Select the components to install.

1- Tivoli Storage Manager server
2- Tivoli Storage Manager server languages
3- Tivoli Storage Manager license
4- Tivoli Storage Manager devices
5- Tivoli Storage Manager storage agent

ENTER A COMMA-SEPARATED LIST OF NUMBERS REPRESENTING THE DESIRED WANTED: 1,3,4

Hi Vikas! I'm using 6.2 servers and I used both the AIX as the Linux version from Passport Advantage to install the license files. So I don't know why it's not included in the 6.3 code... IBM?
