You will get statistics of the nature you showed when you attempt an 
Incremental backup of a file which was previously backed up but hasn't changed 
since then.
You will get "ANS1092W No files matching search criteria were found" if you 
query for a backed up file that doesn't belong to the userid doing the 
querying, as for example where root has backed up a file that it owns and then 
an ordinary user attempts a query on it.

Do 'dsmc query filespace' to see if your file system has presence in the TSM 
server, as a first step in verification.
You can use 'dsmc selective ___' to assertively back up a file.
