[ADSM-L] vss errors

Am receiving the following error.  Looked up with google, came up with fix apar 
71553.
If I read correctly, supposed to be fixed in 6.2x.

Client is running 6.3.0.10.
Just where is this fixed?

ANS0361I DIAG: VssRequestor::checkWriterStatus: 
VssRequestor::checkWriterStatus() failed with hr=VSS_E_WRITERERROR_NONRETRYABLE
