Thank you very much. Starting NetBIOS helped, but not completely.
TSM Support has escalated issue to the next level of support after collecting
traces.
It looks as serious issue - maybe it is a software bug.

Quick IBM search yields this:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21499737

As a default on our VM's we have the 2008R2 images set to allow Remote
Management (not the same as remote desktop). You can enable this by following
this MS KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976839

Think about this carefully though as it probably has security implications that
a bank may consider unacceptable.

Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : WinRM
cannot process the request. The following error occured while using Kerberos
authentication: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have
been terminated.
 Possible causes are:
-The user name or password specified are invalid.
-Kerberos is used when no authentication method and no user name are
specified.
-Kerberos accepts domain user names, but not local user names.
-The Service Principal Name (SPN) for the remote computer name and port does
not exist.
-The client and remote computers are in different domains and there is no
trust between the two domains.
After checking for the above issues, try the following:
-Check the Event Viewer for events related to authentication.
-Change the authentication method; add the destination computer to the WinRM
TrustedHosts configuration setting or use HTTPS transport.
Note that computers in the TrustedHosts list might not be authenticated.
-For more information about WinRM configuration, run the following command:
winrm help config. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting

What happens if you remove the /PREFERDAGPASsive option from the command?

Also, when I had troubles with TDP exchange I found that dropping into the CLI
and running the following would usually help:

"Tdpexcc q exchange"

That punches through most tests to determine if CAD is able to communicate wit
the TDP agent etc and if you use that in conjunction with the
dsmerror.log/dsierror.log and the event log you should be able to pin down the
exact issue pretty quickly.

Hello Harmeet,
Thank you very much for fast response. TSM support is still has no advices.
We are using DAGs and have modified dsm.opt files for TDPE.
It looks a little bit better, but we still not able to backup database:

backup KW-Branch_Mailbox1 FULL /BACKUPMETHOD=VSS /BACKUPDESTINATION=TSM
/PREFERDAGPASsive

Updating mailbox history on TSM Server...
ACN5918W The mailbox history did not update successfully on the TSM Server.
ACN0004E An unknown error has been detected.
A referral was returned from the server.
Querying Exchange Server to gather component information, please wait...
ACN6031I Excluding <Active> database <KW-Branch_Mailbox1> from backup list
because of option <PREFERDAGPASsive>-- skipping.
ACN0601E There is a problem that causes processing to stop. To identify the
source of the problem and the solution, look for details in the service level
trace file.
Completed

Hi Grigori,
I see you using XCH2010 - can I assume you are using DAGs? In which case I
would lean towards removing the "CLUSTERnode yes" line from the TDP dsm.opt.

Our dsm.opt for TDP looks like;

NODename XCH-TML-XCH-MB01
PASSWORDAccess generate
TCPServeraddress TML-TSM-621
TCPPort 1500
HTTPport 1581

And the scheduled task looks something like :
"tdpexcc.exe backup * INCR /BACKUPMETHOD=VSS /BACKUPDESTINATION=TSM
/PREFERDAGPASsive"

Cheers
