1. Can you run this again from a command-line window using TDPEXCC.EXE?
   What do you see?
   - on the screen of the command-line window?
   - in the DSIERROR.LOG file?
   - in the TDPEXCC.LOG file?

2. Can you try to run a backup of a database that does not have
   the underscore ("_") character in the name?
   I am trying to determine if there is a character
