Hi,

This error message is very generic. You'll be able to find many problems 
leading to it.

How should the transport done between the vShpere host (if network, i.e. NDB) 
or Datastore (if SAN) and proxy ?

If network, verify that the proxy is able to communicate with the host on port 
TCP:902.

How is the VMVSTORTRANSPORT option set ?

   API error message : You do not have access rights to this file
03/06/2013 03:23:18 ANS5283E The operation was unsuccessful.

I have 6 VM's and only 3 VM's got backed up successfully and rest of the
VM's were failed with API return code 13.

I would really appreciate if anybody help me on this issue.
