[ADSM-L] TSM 6.4.0.0 Windows client install on the TSM 6.2.3 server host

TSM server 6.2.3 on Win2K8 64.
Client on that machine was 6.2.3.
I needed to upgrade the client to 6.4.0.0 to get 6.4.0.0 function for snapdiff.

Took me 2 days to do the upgrade, because the 6.4.0.0 client install required 
us to shut down not just the TSM scheduler service and dsmcad, but also the 
server service DB2 - DB2TSM1 - SERVER1.  So down goes the server.

Is this WAD?  Bug?  Any way around it?

Don't want to do this again...
