Anyone running the 6.4.0.1 client on AIX.  I've upgraded a couple of AIX nodes 
from 6.2.2.0 to 6.4.0.1.  I'm now getting message:

ANR8214E Session open with XXX failed due to connection refusal. (SESSION: 9704)

for these nodes that were working before the upgrade.
