TSM server 6.2.4 running on RHEL 6.1.
Lin_tape v1.5.00.

The tape drives are actually inside a shared library whose manager is another 
tsm server.

The issue is when I reboot the library client, the /dev/IBMtapexx files come up 
with permissions set for 660 (rw-rw----).
I need them to be 666 (rw-rw-rw-).

On the library manager server; (tsm 6.2.2 under RHEL 6.1) the permissions stay 
across reboots.

How do I get permissions on /dev/IBMtapexx to be persistent?

This should be the last issue before testing the upgrade from 5.5.4 to 6.2.4.
