The syntax error is that command does not have the backup type
that you want to restore. For example,

   TDPSQLC RESTORE WSS_Team_Content FULL

or

   TDPSQLC RESTORE WSS_Team_Content LOG

Keep in mind that the "/STOPAT=" optional parameter is only valid
with "LOG" type restores. The book gives this example:

   tdpsqlc restore Test1 log=* /stopat="07/01/2010 13:56:00"
