Thank you, I have resolved this issue with the help of IBM Tivoli
support. The data was unavailable because the Primary backup tape had
been damaged.
After completing restore VOl everything is ok

Can you access the drive with non-TSM utility? In a Linux environment I
would use the itdt utility supplied by IBM for this kind of test. I
don't know whether the utility has the same name under Windows.

Was the World Wide Port Name of the old drive transplanted to the new
drive? If not, you will probably need to update SAN zoning.
