Anybody else have client sessions that end up orphaned?

Show up when you do a q session (or select * from sessions) but if you attempt 
to cancel the session you get:

ANR0491I No matching session(s) found to cancel.


Seen on Windows server 6.2.2 and 6.2.3, various clients.
Latest client in particular is TDP for SQL, client API 6.2.1.
