If running Oracle DB, make sure you can run the backint command in the node 
machine.

Run the command as the proper user. (su - user)

"backint -p initSID.utl  -f inquire"

Read any messages from its output to determine why the fast disconnect

For Oracle DB, you must have backint running properly otherwise all bets are 
off.
