Based upon my observations, Backup Stgpool compiles a list of files in a 
preliminary step, and then operates upon that static list during the operation. 
 I recently performed a Backup Stgpool which took three days to run.  
Thereafter, I started another one, and it then went to work on data which 
arrived in the storage pool on the second day.
