I have problems with TSM Client Acceptor 6.2.3.3 configuration on Windows 2003 
Standard Edition 32 bit and Windows 2008 32 bit.
TSM Client Setup wizard is not able to create and start Windows service. 
Problem is applicable to many servers.
Anybody else have faced similar problem?
