When I have run into similar situations in the past, updating to a client
level released after the Window and service pack typically fixed the
problem.
As Miscrosoft tightened up security, the client code needs to be revised
to not fall afoul of the new security.

Hi all,
I'm working on building a new win2k3 terminal server to run our TSM CLI.
For
some reason dsmadmc crashes as soon as I enter my username.
in the dsmcrash.log I found:
