Yep.
Weird part is we can FTP at high speed over those NICS.  It's just TSM that's 
slow.
No firewalls, no hops.
Can't see what is different except the TCP/IP port#.

I know this is a silly question, but since it's comm wait, did you have the 
nic's checked that they were running at the correct speed with no errors?
