If your client runs your nightly incremental backup in a reasonable time, you 
don't need the journal service.

Journal is for Windows clients that have so many files you can't complete your 
backup in a reasonable time.
In my experience, this usually means 10,000,000 files or more.

Whether journal based backup is recommended for all Windows boxes? If we don't 
enable journal will it be always full backup?
