been there, done that.
Most probably, you still have files under
/var/ibm/common/acsi
and
/usr/ibm/common/acsi
This technote

describes the problem for Tivoli Common Reporting, but I found it to be helpful
for recovery from a failed installation of the Administration Center as well.
