If you are positive there are files archived in the /gwc10312008/ofuser/
directory, I can't help.
However if there are files archived in the /gwc10312008/ofuser tree, I
would try adding -subdir=yes to your query archive command.

Hello all,
Need more assistance with a retrieve command (seems there are many
different veriations)
When we perform q ar dochub/migrate:/gwc10312008/ofuser/ we get "no files
matching".
Below is the command I used to try to retrieve files.
tried it w/ the switches after the retrieve command, as well as at the end
as shown here.
retrieve DOCGW2\MIGRATE:/GWC11282008/cohq/*
docgrps\migrate:c112808/GWC11282008/cohq/ -replace=all -subdir=yes
