Sorry for being late with this. Disable session and starting the server
with nomigrrecl (TSM instance has to be restarted) usually works. Can be a
pain in the ... in a large Library manager/Library client environment to
get the appropriate downtime for the Library for all library clients. Don´t
forget to audit the library from the library manager first and follow up by
auditing the libraries from the library clients after this. Usually
straightens things out neatly.
As an afterthought: you could even recover a failed library manager with no
usable database backup using this method...
