You might do some research on hosting.com I think they might provide the
type of service that you are looking for.
This is not a recommendation, I just happened to see them at a symposium
a couple of weeks ago, 
Don't know if they are good or not.

Our long-term goal is to get rid of tapes altogether.  Currently we
utilize IBM TSM 5.4 to backup nodes to a disk based storage pool.  We
then backup the storage pool to LTO3 tapes, which are latter vaulted
offsite.  We would like to backup the storage pool directly to an
offsite disk based solution and eliminate tapes completely.  We are
interested in an outsourced solution as we are not interested in
buying/managing additional disk arrays. If you have or know of a
solution that could address this need, please do not hesitate to let me
know.
