Thanks.  That did it.  They had been using the test 6.1 AdminCenter and 
couldn't get on when we upgraded to 6.2.

Hello Fred,  did you assign the new created user to any group? if not, the
user can not login AdminCenter/TIP.

Please follow the next steps to view a list of groups that the user is a
member of:

1.  Login AdminCenter with tipadmin
2.  Select "Manage Users" under "Users and Groups" column.
3.  Click the new created user name.
4.  Select the Groups tab in the user properties portlet.

If the groups table is empty, then the user is not a member of any groups,
please add the user TSM_AdminCenter group. If this still not work, please
let
me know. Thanks!

[ADSM-L] Creating newAdminCenter id






I'm trying to AdminCenter/TIP up under 6.2.  I've got all the central TSM
sorts defined, but when I try to create a user, it fails to take.  I've
used my own id and tipadmin, but the pw for the new user fails.  I've
tried to update by hitting OK and APPLY.  I've done it on MOZILLA and IE7.
 Nothing takes.

Any thoughts?
