No.
TSM Reporting and Monitoring uses a DB2 data base, and TSM 6.2 uses a
DB2 data base, but they are different versions of DB2 and not
compatible.

There is a flash somewhere that says how to run them together on AIX
(even though it's still not recommended), but no way to do it on
Windows.

Is it possible to run TSM Reporting & Monitoring on the same server
(W2K8 R2 Enterprise) as my TSM Server (6.2.1.0)? I know in the
installation guide it is stated that it's not possible, but I was just
wondering.
