I opened a ticket for this problem and was told I could find the license
file at

c:\Documents and Settings\<my home directory>\Local Settings\Temp\1\IBM
Tivoli Storage Manager for Databases v 5.5.1.0 - MS SQL
Clients\TDPSql\x64\client\Program Files 64\Tivoli\TSM\TDPSql

I've seen similar effects on other installations. I keep a copy of the
license files on my laptop just for such an occasion :)
