I am not saying that it is impossible to use TDP for Exchange without backing 
up Windows Server. I just said there is no sense to do this. In my opinion it 
will take ages to restore Exchange server in case of any hardware problem on 
server.  So I can only wish your customers not to have crashes forever.

Grigori,

We have some customers that only use
Data Protection for Exchange on their Exchange Servers.
Some customers use other methods to rebuild their
Exchange Servers in case of a disaster.
