You would probably need to create your own packages with a product like
Installshield, which is what Tivoli currently use.

You can just install the 5.5.3.0 TDP then copy the sqlclient.lic file
into the TDP install folder.

Does anybody know of a way to add the sqlclient.lic file to the
5.5.3.0-TIV-TSMSQL-WinX64.exe downloaded from the IBM FTP server? The
license file is included in the 5.5.1.0 version downloaded from Passport
Advantage, but I don't want my customers to have to install 5.5.1 first
and the install 5.5.3 afterwards.
