[ADSM-L] TSM Backup Client configuration wizard wants to create a client options file however one is already in place?

Hello All,
Anyone ever have the issue where you would click on the Backup Archive
Gui Icon and the message would pop-up The TSM configuration Wizard wants
to help create a options file but one was already in place and setup. I
don’t know why it doesn’t recognize one is already there?
F.Y.I - This will be a VCB Proxy server
TSM 5.5.3
AIX 6
Windows 2003 Windows Tivoli Backup Client 5.5.2
