Same here. I reported it to the IBM L2 person I have been working with on 
these problems.

Now TSM  6.1.1.1 is here, but..... I can not unpack it.  Is this a "Read 
the manual !!! " or is the file corrupt?

I have downloaded the file twice, but still the same problem.  Any clues
