We are in the process of implimenting a snapmirror/snapvault setup on IBM
NSeries (ie;  NetApp) for
one of our applications.  It is using SnapMirror for DR (async replication)
and SnapVault for backups.

The interesting thing about SnapVault is that it's like TSM - incremental
forever.  It makes a full copy the first
time then only does incrementals after that.
