I added these lines to my opt :

diskcachelocation W:\tsmlvsacache\

SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS      VSS

SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE   VSS


I am getting this error:

04/29/2009 00:29:29 ANS4007E Error processing
'\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy145': access to the
object is denied


I want to know if there is a way to backup this object, or if it is
impossible, what is the best way to configure my opt to exclude this
kind of object
