OK, now there's an answer to my question - "Me", thanks to Del and his

Hi Tim,

We have seen a few customers hit this.
The current problems are either related to permissions, or non-ASCII
characters within AD entries.

Can you please open a problem with IBM support so that the IBM support
team can get a trace to verify it is the same issue that has already
been reported?

Thanks,

Del
