At the moment, article is not in englisch, but packages can bedownloaded, look at the end.

Syntax should be the same ;-)
It was done on Ubuntu 8.04.2 LTS Server 64-Bit.
If you got it working, tell me.
Then i can added that info to the article. ;-)

Anyone was able to convert version 5.5.2 Linux rpms into .deb(s)?

Running Ubunti 8.10 (2.6.27-11-server).
