Hi Abayomi,

Could you provide us with some fundamentals such as the OS platform, TSM
Server version you're running and what operation was being performed (if
any) that might be related - these might have a significant bearing on
identifying what your problem is.

For example, the following looks like a pretty good hit if you're running on
z/OS:
