Steve -

We assume, then, that the customer managed to lose the TSM database,
all TSM files, and had no DRM tapes or plan files in the wild.

More sophisticated libraries, such as the 3494, maintain a mount
history where such detective work may be done.  I don't know about the
ADIC - you'd need to look into that.  Sometimes that kind of logging
is in a customer engineer area of the menu system.
