solved the issue with mergefilespace=yes

dsmadmc export node tsmking filedata=all toserver=tsm1_siteb_server1
mergefilespace=yes


another question:

how would you restore many files/directories using one command line example:

restore "/usr/script/*" "/var/www/html/*"  "/opt/rman/*" -su=yes

as above, TSM consider the second path as destination ...
