Start by doing    dsmc Query FIlespace
to verify things from the top level, and inspect last backup date.

Then perform the Query Backup from root's command line, not from
within a dsmc that is employing some other login.
If necessary, put braces around the filespace portion of the path,
where it's possible for TSM to be confused as to what's the filespace
within the string.
