Hello Ramiro,
When you try the restore through the GUI are you selecting the location to 
restore to / restoring to the original location or typing in the path?
I have seen this error before when the restore location was typed in and the 
volume name had been entered incorrectly.

Failing that, are you able to map a drive to the Netware volume using the same 
account TSM uses for it's backups and try to create a file in the directory?
Perhaps the TSM account has insufficient rights to create files on the volume?
